Install new fence

Install a new 6-foot-high fence to enclose the side yard area and provide privacy from the street. Because this is a corner house, the fence should fully close off the side yard and connect securely to the side of the house. The existing driveway will need to be modified to accommodate the new fence layout. The area inside the new fence may remain concrete, while the area outside the fence should be converted to grass. The main goal is to create a private, enclosed side yard. Please refer to the neighbor’s photo as an example of the general layout and appearance I would like.
