Install new fence

Install a new 6-foot-high fence to enclose the side yard area and provide privacy from the street. It's a 3-sided square shape: 60 ft L x 20 ft W. The total fence: 60 + 20 + 20 = 100 linear ft. Because this is a corner house, the fence should fully close off the side yard and connect securely to the side of the house. The existing driveway will need to be modified to accommodate the new fence layout. The area inside the new fence may remain concrete, while the area outside the fence should be converted to grass.
